All laws are either natural or they are not. Laws that protect the rights of the people of are natural laws, while those written by legislatures are merely rules written to control the lives, liberty and property of the people.
The laws of nature are just and can not be altered to benefit some of the people at the expense of others.
Laws passed by the legislatures of men are positive laws that dictate what the people can and can not do. Natural Laws, on the other-hand, punish those who violate the principles of Natural Law.
Rules, regulations, codes, ordinances and statutes seek to control people, while just laws seek to protect the lives, liberty and property of the people.
We have an obligation to obey the Laws of Nature, and a duty to refuse to comply with the unjust laws that violate our God-given rights.
I believe that in the First Amendment the words “Congress should make no law” should be followed with a period. All the laws we need are unwritten laws of Nature and Nature’s God.
The government should punish those individuals and corporations that violate our rights, rather than assisting them in exploiting us for their own benefit.
